Website Cost Calculator

A website cost calculator estimates what a new business website will cost based on your specific needs — type of site, management preference, and any add-ons. Answer three questions and get an instant breakdown.

What kind of website do you need?

What affects website cost?

The three biggest factors in a website cost estimate are the design approach, the management model, and the ongoing care. Here's how each one affects your total.

Template vs. custom design

A template website ($99) uses one of 11 professionally designed industry-specific layouts. A custom design ($999+) is built entirely from scratch around your brand. For most small businesses, a template website is indistinguishable from custom — and ready in days.

Self-managed vs. fully managed

Self-managed means you get the source code and handle hosting, updates, and domain renewal yourself. Fully managed means I handle everything — setup, Cloudflare hosting, content updates, bug fixes — for a flat annual fee. Most clients choose managed because the ongoing time savings outweigh the cost.

Annual vs. monthly billing

The Website Care Plan is available monthly ($249), quarterly ($349), or annually ($499/year — about $42/month). The annual plan is the most cost-effective by far. Monthly billing suits businesses that want to try the service before committing.
